The service is aimed at companies/organizations that, while caring for their employees affected by dismissal programs (individual or group), want to provide support for their smooth entry into the external job market and overcoming the stress caused by the loss of their current employment.

The programs are tailored to groups (outplacement) or individual employees.

They are individually determined with the client and may include the following stages:
